About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and engaging technical specialist with a passion for financial services education to join our growing team. We need someone who thrives on sharing knowledge, shaping learning experiences, and staying ahead of industry change. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines live training delivery, content creation, proposition development, and governance. You will deliver technical training sessions and live webinars across the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) R0 qualifications and London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) Diploma framework, helping learners and clients build confidence and capability. You will also continuously monitor our exam and CPD learning content to ensure our learning materials remain best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality live webinar events and technical training sessions across CII R0 and LIBF Diploma qualifications.
  • Host interactive learning surgeries on a range of regulatory and technical topics.
  • Design, develop, and refresh exam support content, technical question banks, and structured learning programmes.
  • Ensure all learning content aligns with the latest qualification syllabuses, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate on the development and governance of our learning products.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce technical articles, insights, and thought leadership content.
  • Provide expert technical support to students on complex subject areas.
  • Embrace creative design and leverage emerging technologies to keep our learning experiences modern, engaging, and market leading.
  • Attend occasional client meetings, external training days, and industry events.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching, supporting, and inspiring learners.You’ll bring:

  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification, with advanced qualifications highly desirable
  • Proven experience in creating CII exam content and delivering effective CII exam support and training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to embrace innovation and new ideas
  • An interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance learning experiences and keep pace with a rapidly evolving industry
