Subject to the relevant Terms of Business, we reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services, or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion
We reserve the right to alter published programmes, speakers and venues for living learning events, without prior notice. If the event has to be cancelled altogether, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance of the event. Our liability is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. No compensation will be paid for any other costs incurred by the delegate, such as travel or accommodation.
Redmill accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you, which will be set out in the relevant Terms of Business.
Redmill does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed by speakers or trainers at any event. Opinions expressed are those of individual speakers and not necessarily those of Redmill.
We take reasonable steps to ensure our Services are virus free, these include (but are not limited to) secure hosting, regular virus scans and software to detect cyber-attacks, however, we cannot guarantee these precautions to be infallible and prevent harm to your computer or digital device. We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by viruses that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to the use of our website or the Services.
